Seize the Clay Summer Camps 2008
Crystal Glaze Dinosaur Camp:
Tuesday June 10, 10-12 pm Boys and Girls Ages 4 and up $45.00
Create an awesome Dinosaur of your very own using new and exciting crystal paints that explode and run all over you piece to create cool color patterns on your dinosaur. Choose from a T-Rex, Stegosaurus, Triceratops or a Brontosaurus.
Mommy and Me Tea Party:
Thursday June 12, 10-2pm Moms and Daughters Ages 3 and up $45.00
This is our first ever come and go as you please event. Seize the Clay will have special tea sets available from 10-2 pm for moms and their daughters to create together. Tea sets include: Tea pot, Creamer and Sugar and 2 Cups and Saucers (additional cups and saucers available for $8.00 each). Come in and paint while supply’s last..
Mosaic Mirror Camp:
Monday and Tuesday July 14 – 15, 10-12 pm Boys and Girls Ages 7 and up $75.00
Create a unique mosaic mirror for your room or make it as a cool gift for someone special. Using broken glass tiles (the tiles are tumbled to remove sharp edges) we will create a one of a kind piece of art. Mirrors are 10” square.
Fancy Clay Bowl Camp:
Monday June 16, 10-1 pm or July 21, 10-1 pm Boys and Girls Ages 5 and up $60.00
It’s time to get dirty! Campers will create a truly one-of-a-kind pedestal bowl out of CLAY! Campers will learn about the properties of clay and how to create art using different building methods. Camper’s bowls will be ready to pick up and paint in 2 weeks once bisque fired.
Girls Rule Camp:
Monday – Wednesday August 4-6, 10-12 pm Girls only Ages 5 and up $125.00
Girls, you will paint an adorable purse bank then we will create a personalized Diva place setting including a dinner plate, bowl and mug in our Diva theme. Girls will also create a wall plaque, a trinket box and a hand held mirror. Pottery will be ready to pick up one week after the last day of camp.
